About this tender
Overview The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to provide administration, support and development services for its IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) platform. About The Commission uses IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) as a critical enterprise planning, budgeting and reporting platform supporting corporate budgeting processes, management reporting, financial and workforce dashboards, budget template management, and business process automation and reporting enhancements. The current environment hosts: 1 Agent (10.0.61.59) 8 Databases (costings, abr, leasing, test, nqsc, tm1, geus, cobra) 441 users, comprising 425 Analysts, 1 Modeler, 15 Administrators and 9 Groups 2 service integrations: IBM Watsonx AI Jobs and IBM Watsonx Orchestrate Purpose The Commission's Planning Analytics environment is hosted under a shared services arrangement; however, routine administration, user helpdesk services and development support are not provided through that arrangement. The Commission is therefore seeking a supplier to provide these services, while progressively building its internal capability to undertake routine administration and support activities and reduce reliance on external resources over time. Scope The scope includes: Providing operational support and administration services for the IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) platform Delivering specialist technical advice and issue resolution Undertaking enhancement and development projects as required Providing training and documentation Supporting the transition of routine administration activities to Commission staff during the contract term Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in providing IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) administration, support and development services Willing to operate within a knowledge transfer and capability uplift model that supports the gradual transition of appropriate activities to Commission personnel over time Willing to support a knowledge transfer and transition-to-government model Enquiries Buyer contact: procurementnqsc@ndiscommission.gov.au
