Overview ASC Pty Ltd is seeking Expressions of Interest from organisations that can supply specialist consulting services to support its information management environment through the Supplier, Capability and Innovation Portal. Purpose The engagement is intended to assess ASC's current information management environment, identify risks and opportunities, and establish a fit-for-purpose Information Management Policy aligned with business requirements, industry standards and regulatory obligations, including the Archives Act. Scope The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: Current State Assessment Information Management Policy Design and Development Governance and Compliance Support Stakeholder Engagement and Change Support Roadmap and Continuous Improvement Contract Terms and Conditions The engagement is expected to be delivered over a twelve (12) month period
