Overview The Health Care Complaints Commission (NSW) is seeking a suitably qualified provider to deliver independent, risk-based internal audit services for an initial three-year term, with two optional one-year extensions. Objectives The goal is to appoint an experienced and independent internal audit provider to deliver HCCC's internal audit program over an initial three-year term, with two optional one-year extensions (3+1+1), exercisable at HCCC's discretion. The engagement is intended to support effective governance, risk management and internal controls.
