Overview Richard Mason Construction Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a contractor for the Jali Local Aboriginal Land Council AOAP005 Community Facility project in Wardell, NSW, delivered under the Aboriginal-owned Assets Program. About The Aboriginal-owned Assets Program provides funding for the repair, restoration or betterment of Aboriginal-owned and/or managed infrastructure that was directly impacted by the severe weather and flood events in February and June 2022 (declared as AGRN 1012 and/or AGRN 1025). Purpose This project will support the rebuild, relocation and betterment of critical community service buildings that were destroyed on Cabbage Tree Island. Scope The scope includes: Rebuild, relocation and betterment of the Jali Playgroup building Rebuild, relocation and betterment of the Jali Health Post (Primary Health Care) building Rebuild, relocation and betterment of the Jali office buildings
