About this tender
Overview Wingecarribee Shire Council is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for appointment to a panel for the provision of professional legal services across Council's statutory, regulatory, commercial and operational functions. Scope The scope includes: Provision of professional legal services across Council's statutory, regulatory, commercial and operational functions Services may include advice, drafting, negotiation, investigations, dispute resolution, litigation and representation, including briefing Counsel and appearing in courts, tribunals and inquiries Environmental and Planning Law Property Law Contract Law Construction and Infrastructure Employment, Industrial Relations and Work Administrative Law A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Volume 1 - Specification, included as part of the Request for Tender documentation. The service categories listed are indicative and not exhaustive. Contract Terms and Conditions Council may allocate a matter directly to a panel provider or seek quotations or proposals from two or more panel providers. Allocation may take into account the relevant service category, expertise, availability, conflicts, previous performance, proposed approach, timeframe and estimated cost.
