About this tender

Overview Camden Council invites tenders for the provision of professional legal advice, representation and related legal services to support Council. A description of the requirements can be found in Council's Tender document. Scope Council requires the provision of professional legal services across the areas of law identified in the Specification. The successful Tenderer may be engaged to provide legal services on an as required basis during the Contract Term. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Providing written and verbal legal advice Representing Council in courts, tribunals, mediations and other dispute resolution processes Preparing, reviewing and negotiating legal documents Providing legal services across one or more of the areas of law identified in clause 5 Managing litigation and dispute resolution matters Attending meetings with Council officers, Councillors and other stakeholders, including at Council's offices where reasonably required Providing legal updates, training, workshops and continuing legal education (CLE/CPD) sessions for Council officers and Council's legal team, where requested by Council Providing any other legal services reasonably requested by Council in accordance with the Contract Enquiries Contact: Diane Ross Email: quotes@camden.nsw.gov.au Phone: 132263
