About this tender

Project goals SOPA is responsible fo the maintenance and overall functionality of all Vertical Transport operations throughout the Sydney Olympic Park Precinct, Railway, Car Parks and Venues. Refer to the tender documents including scope for full details. These files can be found in the Requirements Section of this tender opportunity. Scope SOPA requires the services contractor to: Routine / preventative maintenance of the Vertical Transport Assets and Plant (VTAP) maintenance in compliance with statutory, manufacturer and contract requirements and to best industry practice. Supply all materials, plant, equipment, consumables and all associated labour to complete all the following routine/breakdown maintenance. Perform VTAP routine maintenance, reporting and auditing of the assets for safety, compliance, continuous operation and function. Conduct periodic condition assessment to facilitate the development of future capital works programs. Perform environmental activities as required by SOPA Environmental.
