This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) is seeking to engage a company to provide Australian community participants for digital channel research activities. The activities are aimed at ensuring digital channels development meets the needs of the Australian community. Scope The scope includes: Provision of Australian community participants for involvement in digital channel research activities run by the Bureau Online recruitment services for research participants Backend support via a digital platform to select and communicate with Australian community members Remuneration distribution to research participants Selection and recruitment of suitable participants for research activities as defined by the Bureau Management of participant communications Contractor Requirements Possess a platform that allows the ability to hand pick participants from around Australia for research activities Participant panel should include people from a range of locations, from metro to regional areas across all states and territories, as well as a mix of ages, gender, occupation, and household income Quality control processes to ensure participants form a nationwide representative sample of the Australian population and are of significant size that the Bureau will not need to re-survey or interview from the same sample Size of the provider's survey panel Time participants have been a part of the panel Panel participant demographics are periodically checked Use of blocked locations and VPN detection, advanced bot detection, and multiple IP address detection to identify disingenuous participants or bots Processes for checking survey results are acceptable, including but not limited to: processes to identify unusual and non-responses, processes to detect attention check failures across surveys, processes to detect unusually fast survey completion times, and pre-screening of participants to confirm they can use and have access to IT and reliable internet to take part in online interviews Enquiries Buyer contact: tenders@bom.gov.au
