Overview Airservices Australia is seeking an experienced scheduling consultancy to deliver a time-bound uplift program to mature the ENMP program schedule, data integration, schedule analytics, and governance. Purpose The engagement is intended to support the delivery of outcomes and enable benefits related to the organisation's strategic objectives through improved integrated project and program scheduling. Scope The scope includes: Delivery of a time-bound uplift program to mature the ENMP program schedule, data integration, schedule analytics, and governance Development, analysis, and management of the integrated project/program schedule(s) Provision of advice and reports to Project and Program Managers on overall project schedule and cost performance Leading and driving consistent scheduling practice and techniques, such as Earned Value Management, Dependency Management, Resource Level of Effort versus Discrete allocation, and Rolling Wave planning
