About this tender

Overview Federation Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced, qualified and licensed contractors to undertake pavement reconstruction works on Merton Road within the Federation Council Local Government Area. Scope The scope includes: In situ pavement stabilisation using slow-setting cementitious binders Pavement preparation Placement of base materials Sprayed bituminous surfacing Associated reinstatement works Supply of all materials, plant, equipment, traffic control, quality assurance documentation, and competent personnel necessary to complete the works in accordance with the specification Contractor Requirements Suitably experienced, qualified and licensed to undertake pavement reconstruction works Responsible for ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of the Principal Contract Terms and Conditions All costs, fees, permits, services, plant, labour, materials and incidentals required to deliver complete and conforming pavement reconstruction works shall be deemed to be included in the submitted tender price. Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers are required to lodge tenders through Council's e-Tendering Portal. Use of this system requires tenderers to be registered with the portal. Tenderers should allow enough time for uploading their submission to the portal prior to the closing time of 4pm.
