Minimum of 1 Senior Java Developer

Overview Services Australia is seeking a minimum of one Senior Java Developer to be engaged as a Development Expert, providing technical leadership and oversight of software development activities. The Role The role includes: Overseeing software development projects, writing optimised code, and providing technical leadership to a team of software engineers Designing, creating, testing, and documenting software systems and applications in accordance with agreed development and security standards and processes Leading software development projects and providing technical leadership to the team Managing software planning, development, and construction activities Evaluating and resolving complex issues within development and production environments Taking responsibility for the quality and functionality of software, ensuring adherence to relevant standards, guidelines, and methods for system development Leading the delivery of flexible, quality modern customer service Working under the broad direction of senior staff to deliver results Making ethical, evidence-based decisions using sound judgement Developing and managing stakeholder relationships Enquiries Buyer contact: ICT.PANEL.DMP@servicesaustralia.gov.au
