Minimum of 3 Manager Delivery Manager

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview Services Australia is seeking a minimum of three Delivery Managers to support the delivery of complex cyber security uplift initiatives across multiple workstreams. The Role Delivery Managers unblock issues, support the delivery team, and monitor and improve performance of the team. They use agile methodologies, learning and iterating the product and processes frequently to meet user needs, and work with Product Managers to define the roadmap for products and services. The role includes: Unblocking issues, supporting the delivery team, and monitoring and improving team performance Using agile methodologies and iterating products and processes frequently to meet user needs Working with Product Managers to define the roadmap for products and services Removing blockers and supporting the delivery team to maintain delivery throughput Coordinating and enabling the successful delivery of complex cyber security uplift initiatives across multiple workstreams Developing and maintaining integrated delivery plans Monitoring dependencies and managing delivery risks Supporting achievement of program milestones across cyber security, technology and business domains Providing delivery leadership and coordination across large-scale cyber security programs, ensuring activities remain aligned with strategic objectives, government cyber security priorities and agreed delivery schedules Delivery Managers work under broad direction in this role. Role Requirements Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of cyber security uplift, cyber resilience, regulatory compliance, risk remediation and technology transformation initiatives within complex government or regulated environments
