This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) is seeking a provider to review its current managed service provider (MSP) and other vendor support arrangements and to develop the documentation required to run a future request for quotation (RFQ) process for MSP and managed security service provider (MSSP) services. Scope The scope includes: Review of current MSP and other vendor support arrangements Detailing the scope of services by running stakeholder workshops and capturing service definitions for MSP and MSSP services, including defining transition requirements Creating a statement of requirements Developing other RFQ-related external and internal artefacts, including an evaluation plan, tender evaluation criteria and methodology, a scoring sheet, service level compliance documentation, transition documents, a pricing form, an MSP response form, and a draft contract, for MSP and MSSP services Developing a transition plan and associated artefacts
