Overview The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking a specialist website development company to provide ongoing maintenance, support and changes to the layout and design of the NCA's main website (www.nca.gov.au). Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Updates to areas of the website that require HTML editing Creation of new webpage formats to support updates to the website Support for content updates that cannot be facilitated by the NCA Website maintenance and upgrades User experience analysis and projects Provision of a set monthly hour support allocation, clearly identified, with the ability to hold hours over each month for major upgrades Regular meetings with a key contact person to provide updates on deliverables and project workflows
