Overview O'Donnell & Hanlon Pty Ltd (NSW) is seeking a contractor to provide roof and gutter cleaning, stormwater pit cleaning, and associated maintenance services under North Coast Proactive Service # 19. Scope The scope includes: Visual inspection and clean of roofs and gutters to ensure they are free of debris, lichen, and other foreign objects Cleaning out of all stormwater pits and grated drains to ensure continuous flow Cleaning out of all associated items within charged systems, including first flush devices and tank inlets Removal and cleaning of leaf guards where possible, without removal if they cannot be refixed in place Provision of a report where leaf guard removal is not possible Provision of a marked up school site plan showing all stormwater pit and grate drain locations Provision of a written repair report on roof, ventilator, and sealant damage, submitted with photos of the damage
