About this tender
Overview Health Infrastructure (NSW) is seeking a specialist consultant to assist in developing the equipment scope and performance specifications for industrial laundry equipment prior to engagement with suppliers, as part of the NSW Health Linen Services Project. Purpose The NSW Health Linen project will relocate HealthShare NSW's Parramatta Linen Service and expand linen processing and distribution capacity to meet the forecast volume of public hospital linen. The preferred option requires a new, single-site linen processing facility that will meet the projected demand for the Sydney metro area. Site acquisition is required, and the new facility will be developed as either a new development on a parcel of land (greenfield) or the adaptation of an existing industrial warehouse facility (brownfield).
