Overview Powerhouse Museum is seeking to engage a printer for Image Search: Photographs from the Powerhouse Collection Publication, scheduled for release alongside the opening of Powerhouse Parramatta in November 2026. Purpose Powerhouse is producing Image Search: Photographs from the Powerhouse Collection to coincide with the opening of the exhibition at Powerhouse Parramatta in late 2026. Powerhouse seeks to engage a suitably qualified printer to partner in the production and delivery of a high-quality publication that meets approved creative, technical, and production specifications. The project aims to ensure the successful delivery of a publication suitable for public distribution as an official Powerhouse publication, while maintaining high standards of print quality, production management, and stakeholder collaboration. The successful supplier will support the timely and cost-effective delivery of the publication in alignment with agreed schedules, quality expectations, and exhibition deadlines. Scope The scope includes: Supply of samples, dummies, and/or proofs for approval of the printing process and methodology Scheduling and coordination of printing Printing and packaging of 300/500/750/1000 copies of the publication Quality assurance, including proofing Binding and finishing Air freighting 100 copies to Sydney (optional costing included if required due to timing) Sea freighting the remaining copies to Sydney Enquiries Contact: Peter Colbey Email: procurement@powerhouse.com.au
