Overview The Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport (NSW) is calling for tenders to deliver the national Gambling Help Online service, including 24/7 online chat counselling, digital support tools, reporting and referral pathways. Objectives The project goal is to appoint a suitably qualified provider to deliver the national Gambling Help Online service. The provider will operate, maintain and enhance the existing service, including 24/7 online chat counselling, website content, email and SMS support, self-help tools, moderated forums, reporting, referral pathways and approved gambling harm minimisation applications. The service must provide accessible, confidential and clinically appropriate support for people affected by gambling harm, including people who gamble, and family, friends and others affected by another person's gambling. Scope The successful supplier will deliver the national Gambling Help Online service, a free and confidential online service for people affected by gambling harm, including people who gamble, and family, friends and others affected by another person's gambling. The supplier will be responsible for the ongoing operation, maintenance, enhancement and delivery of the existing service model. The scope includes: 24/7 online chat counselling Website content and digital service channels Email and SMS support Self-help tools and modules Moderated forums Social media management and search engine optimisation Reporting and data management Referral pathways to state and territory gambling support services Integration and management of approved gambling harm minimisation applications Operation and support of the existing digital platform environment The procurement is for the ongoing delivery of the existing national service and is not a major rebuild of the Gambling Help Online website or platform.
