About this tender

The Government of Malaysia invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to participate in a Pre-Qualification (Pre-Q) exercise for the proposed rehabilitation works at Malaysia Hall Sydney (DMS), Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The project will be undertaken on a Design and Build basis and involves rehabilitation and associated building works to Malaysia Hall Sydney. This Pre-Qualification exercise is intended to identify contractors with the appropriate technical capability, financial capacity, relevant licences and demonstrated experience in delivering comparable building rehabilitation/construction projects in New South Wales. Only applicants who successfully satisfy the Pre-Qualification requirements will be eligible to participate in the subsequent tender exercise. Applicants must hold a valid NSW General Builder licence issued through NSW Fair Trading, and must demonstrate relevant experience in similar and comparable works undertaken within the last five (5) years. Joint ventures/consortiums may participate subject to the requirements stipulated in the Pre-Qualification Document. Pre-Qualification Document: Available for purchase from 8 September 2026 to 29 September 2026. Document Fee: AUD 50.00.
