About this tender
Overview Hilltops Council is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver professional engineering, surveying, design and environmental services on an as-required basis throughout the contract term. Purpose The panel will provide Council with access to specialist technical expertise to support operational activities, asset management, capital works projects, planning functions and other Council requirements. Scope Tenderers may submit for one or more service categories. Services may include, but are not limited to, the following disciplines: Engineering Services Building Engineering Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Water and Wastewater Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Surveying Services Resource Surveying Engineering Surveying Quantity Surveying Cost Planning Cadastral Surveying Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Spatial Science Design Services Drafting Planning Civil Engineering Design Structural Engineering Design Environmental Services Environmental Impact Assessments Water and Wastewater Treatment Design Air and Noise Assessments Sustainability Consulting Environmental Engineering Contractor Requirements All services must be undertaken by appropriately qualified, experienced, licensed and authorised personnel Services must be delivered in accordance with all applicable legislation, Australian Standards, industry codes of practice and recognised industry best practice
