Blacktown City Council is seeking proposals for Southee Circuit, Oakhurst for a proposed Subdivision as a lump sum contract price Scope The Lump Sum Works Under Contract (WUC) shall consist of the supply of all plant and labour and all materials for construction, testing and maintenance of the following: Establishment of works, inclusive of site compound and general traffic management; Soil and water management; Bulk earthworks, inclusive of stripping topsoil, cut to fill and cut to stockpile, topsoil replacement and re-vegetation; Stormwater, inter-allotment and subsoil drainage systems; Road pavements, kerbs and street furniture; Temporary detention facilities; Landscaping; Water reticulation and connection to existing watermain; Sewer reticulation and connection to existing wastewater; Electrical reticulation, connection to existing HV and LV circuits NBN Co. pit and pipe construction. Works are inclusive of ALL other works necessary for the proper completion and testing of the works shown or implied in the specifications and/or drawings. Additional details/instructions Mandatory Site Inspection – A mandatory site inspection with Council is scheduled for 10:00am on Wednesday 10th June, 2026 adjacent to 54 Southee Circuit, Oakhurst.
