About this tender
Overview Regional Procurement (NSW) is seeking a provider of legal services to participating Councils on an as required basis. Purpose Legal services are required for participating Councils for a period of 36 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with provision for a possible 2 x 12 month extension. Scope The scope includes provision of legal services in the following categories of law: Major Transactions Commercial Law Property Law Planning and Environment Law Employment and Industrial Relations and Work Health and Safety Law Government, Regulatory and Administrative Law Litigation and Inquiries Debt Recovery Banking, Finance and Taxation Law Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of 36 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 Provision for a possible 2 x 12 month extension About This process is being facilitated cross regionally on behalf of the following participating Councils: Bellingen Shire Council Central Darling Shire Council Gilgandra Shire Council Gunnedah Shire Council Lismore City Council Liverpool Plains Shire Council Nambucca Valley Council Port Macquarie Hasting Council Richmond Valley Council Warren Shire Council Warrumbungle Shire Council
