About this tender
Overview Regional Procurement (NSW) is seeking a contractor to provide linemarking services for a period of 36 months from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with provision for a possible extension of up to 2 x 12 month periods. Scope The scope includes: Setting out, supply and application of pavement marking paint Supply and application of thermoplastic pavement marking material Supply and application of pavement marking tape Supply and application of raised pavement markers Removal of existing line-marking and pavement markings Supply and application of installation of temporary line-marking Provision of traffic control for the provision of long line marking, in compliance with TCaWS About This process is being facilitated on behalf of the following participating councils: Cessnock City Council, Dungog Shire Council, Maitland City Council, MidCoast Council, Muswellbrook Shire Council, City of Newcastle, Singleton Council, and Upper Hunter Shire Council. Instructions to Tenderers Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline.
