Overview Regional Procurement (NSW) is seeking tenders for the provision of Plant and Equipment Hire (Wet & Dry) to Byron Shire Council, Nambucca Valley Council, Gunnedah Shire Council and Richmond Valley Council. Purpose The plant and equipment hire services will be provided on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with provision for 3 x 12-month options as stated in the Deed Particulars of the Standing Offer Deed. The content will be the same at each meeting, and tenderers who wish to attend need only attend one. These are information sessions only and will not include a site visit. Instructions to Tenderers Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Tenderlink Electronic Tender Box. Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via Tenderlink, https://portal.tenderlink.com/regionalprocurement/login, until the submission close date, for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST. Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
