Provision of Project Assurance Services

Overview The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) is seeking an independent assurance provider to undertake project assurance activities throughout the delivery of its Virtual Power Plant (VPP) Capability Uplift project. About The VPP Capability Uplift project forms part of enhancements to the Energy Made Easy (EME) platform. The project will deliver new functionality to assist consumers in assessing and comparing virtual power plant products and services. Purpose The engagement is intended to support informed decision-making by the project sponsor and Program Board and to assist the project team in identifying opportunities to improve delivery outcomes. Scope The scope includes provision of an independent project assurance engagement that provides objective advice regarding: Delivery confidence Project governance Risks, issues and dependencies Scope management Stakeholder engagement Readiness for key delivery milestones Enquiries Buyer contact: procurement@aer.gov.au
