Overview The Reserve Bank of Australia, ABN: 50 008 559 486 (the Buyer, the Bank), invites quotes for the provision of strategic consulting services to support the mobilisation of the Bank's Infrastructure Transformation Program following Executive endorsement of the Bank's Infrastructure Strategy. Purpose The primary purpose of this engagement is to help the Bank translate strategic intent into the organisational, governance, operating model, architectural, and investment capabilities required to support the successful execution of the Infrastructure Transformation Program.
