Overview Regional Procurement (NSW) is facilitating this tender on behalf of participating councils in the Orana Region of NSW, which are seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide road stabilising services. About This process is being facilitated on behalf of the following participating councils: Narromine Shire Council Warrumbungle Shire Council Dubbo Regional Council Walgett Shire Council Gilgandra Shire Council Scope The scope includes: Category 1: Provision of In-situ Road Pavement Stabilising (Full and Partial Service) Category 2: Provision of Imported Heavily Bound Pavement (Full and Partial Service) Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period: 36 months, from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029 Extension options: Provision for a possible 2 x 12-month extensions Instructions to Tenderers Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box.
