About this tender
Overview Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council (QPRC) is inviting Request for Tender submissions for the design, supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance of waste compactors, compactor receiver bins, and hook-lift bins for use at its waste transfer stations. Purpose Council is seeking tender submissions or solutions to deliver a compaction system that maximises transport efficiency. Council is undertaking a separate procurement activity to obtain a PBS Level 2 approved Truck and Dog Hook Lift configuration, and payloads exceeding 15 tonne net per general waste bin are desired. Scope The scope includes: Design, supply, and installation of waste compactors, compactor receiver bins, and hook-lift bins to fulfil several configurations at Council's various waste transfer stations Supply of 11 x 35 cubic metre compactor receiver bins Supply of 8 x 35 cubic metre hook-lift bins with roll-top tarp Supply of 8 x 15 cubic metre hook-lift bins with roll-top tarps Supply and installation of associated chutes, hoppers, and guide rails Installation of the compactor receiver bins and all associated equipment Ongoing servicing and maintenance of the equipment for the life of the Contract
