Overview Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction of the Regents Park Amy Street Precinct Upgrade. Scope The scope includes: Construction of the Regents Park Amy Street Precinct Upgrade Supply of all materials, tools, equipment, and consumables required for the work Provision of labour and supervision to complete the work Contract Terms and Conditions The work will be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis, in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules Contract: GC21 Applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract Tender Briefing and Site Inspection All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing and inspection.
