SERVICE REQUIRED: Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure Stations. The scope of the Expression of Interest is to identify suitable operators based on their proposed business model, including potential shared revenue options and how the operator can deliver both public and financial benefits to Council and the community. Northern Beaches Council is seeking Expression of Interest from suppliers / operators (Charge Point Operators - CPOs) to install a range of EV charging infrastructure across the Northern Beaches, to increase the availability of publicly available EV charging infrastructure to meet anticipated future demand. Council is seeking an Expression of Interest that addresses the following: The type of charging infrastructure; Proposed business model and financial return to Council; Installation and operational requirements; Software and data management; Location proposed compared with Councils identified need; Sustainability and environmental impacts; Community benefit; Selection Criteria: Criteria; Schedule; Weighting: Business Information; organisational capacity and industry experience; Schedule D3; 25% Performance Information; Schedule D4; 15% Design, innovation, future proofing, Environmental Sustainability and Social Equity; Schedule D5 & D7; 20% Proposed Community Benefit/Return to Council; Schedule D9; 40% DOCUMENTS: EOI documents are available for download at no cost. LODGEMENT: Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box on the etender portal, by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
