Overview Clarence Valley Council is seeking indicative pricing and a proposed methodology from suitably experienced consultants for a local government area wide public lighting audit, to support safety and crime prevention outcomes. This is a Request for Indicative Pricing only, not an invitation to tender, and is intended to inform Council's budget allocation process. It will not result in the award of a contract. A separate procurement process will follow if Council allocates funding. Scope The audit would assess: Existing lighting assets and their condition Compliance with relevant Australian Standards Safety hotspots Pedestrian accessibility Opportunities to improve natural surveillance, in line with CPTED principles Energy efficiency and renewal opportunities Information Requested Indicative pricing for the lighting audit Proposed methodology for undertaking the audit
