About this tender
Overview Western NSW PHN is seeking proposals from suitably qualified evaluators, consultants, consulting firms and organisations to undertake an independent evaluation of the Canowindra Service System Recovery Plan (SSRP). Purpose The findings and recommendations from the evaluation will support accountability, continuous improvement and future commissioning decisions. Scope The scope includes assessment of the implementation, effectiveness, efficiency, value for money and sustainability of the Canowindra Service System Recovery Plan, including initiatives relating to: The nurse-led clinic model Pharmacy scope expansion Virtual care Primary care service expansion Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience undertaking health service, program or system-level evaluations Expertise in evaluation design, performance measurement, stakeholder engagement, data collection and analysis, and reporting within health, community services or related sectors Contract Terms and Conditions The successful respondent will be engaged under a Consultancy Services Agreement The successful respondent will be required to deliver the services, milestones and deliverables outlined in the RFP The indicative budget for this engagement is up to $150,000 excluding GST Information Requested Respondents should submit a detailed commercial proposal that demonstrates value for money, evaluator independence, and a robust approach to delivering the required evaluation outcomes. Instructions to Tenderers Proposals will be assessed after the closing date in accordance with the assessment criteria set out in the RFP document. Submission of a proposal does not guarantee engagement. WNSW PHN reserves the right to seek clarifications, request amendments to proposals, negotiate scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing with one or more respondents, or not proceed with the procurement process.
