Overview CSIRO is seeking a Program Manager to lead a defined program of work within its Digital Portfolio and Information Management and Technology (IMT) business unit. About CSIRO's Digital Portfolio and Information Management and Technology (IMT) business unit delivers strategic digital, data and technology initiatives that enable CSIRO's organisational priorities, research impact and enterprise performance. The Role The Program Manager leads a defined program of work to deliver measurable outcomes, benefits and organisational change, ensuring alignment with CSIRO strategy, enterprise roadmaps and Digital Portfolio priorities. Working within the Digital Delivery Framework, the role provides leadership across: Program delivery Governance Assurance Stakeholder engagement Financial management Benefits realisation Performance reporting The Program Manager works closely with Sponsors, Program Boards, Project Managers, IM&T delivery partners and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making, successful delivery outcomes and the transition of capabilities into business-as-usual operations.
