Overview Federation Council is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of one (1) new 4x4 dual cab chassis (Plant #6381). Scope The scope includes: Supply of one (1) dual cab chassis, entry to mid-level specification, fitted with a steel drop-side tray Vehicle to replace the existing 2019 Holden Colorado 4x4 Space Cab Chassis (Plant ID 6380), currently used as the Mulwala STP ute Delivery of the vehicle with full NSW registration, with a common expiry date of 20 August Contract Terms and Conditions Council is exempt from Stamp Duty The CTP Green Slip will be completed by Council Instructions to Tenderers More than one option may be submitted for evaluation A separate quotation on company letterhead must be submitted Respondents must complete the provided table and the Excel spreadsheet attachment, to allow all RFQs to be assessed comparatively for Whole of Life Costs (WOLC), in accordance with Federation Council's Procurement Policy All submissions and/or questions must be lodged through eProcure Enquiries Contact: Ray Heagney, Fleet Management Coordinator Phone: 0439 033438 Email: ray.heagney@federationcouncil.nsw.gov.au
