About this tender
Overview Federation Council is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of one (1) new 4x4 dual cab chassis vehicle (RFQ LV 2026-324, Plant #4888). This vehicle will replace the 2018 Holden Colorado 4x4 Dual Cab Chassis (Plant ID 4887), currently used as a Utilities Coordinator vehicle. Scope The scope includes: Supply of one (1) dual cab chassis, entry to mid-level specification Fitment of a steel drop-side tray with ladderacks Information Requested A separate quotation must be submitted on company letterhead The completed table and the accompanying Excel spreadsheet attachment must be submitted, to allow all quotations to be assessed comparatively for Whole of Life Costs (WOLC) in accordance with Federation Council's Procurement Policy Contract Terms and Conditions The vehicle shall be delivered with full NSW registration, with a common expiry date of 20 August Council is exempt from Stamp Duty The CTP Green Slip shall be completed by Council Instructions to Tenderers More than one option may be submitted for evaluation All submissions and/or questions are to be lodged through eProcure Enquiries Contact: Ray Heagney, Fleet Management Coordinator Phone: 0439 033438 Email: ray.heagney@federationcouncil.nsw.gov.au
