About this tender
Overview Bland Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the completion of two road reseal projects within the Bland Shire local government area. The projects involve the application of bituminous double/double seals over newly constructed pavement surfaces. Scope The projects are located at: Dundas Road, located approximately 70 km west of West Wyalong between Weethalle and Kikoira Clear Ridge Road, located within West Wyalong Road Reseal Works, Dundas Road The contractor shall undertake sealing works on Dundas Road over newly completed pavement works. The scope includes: Supply and application of a 14/10 mm aggregate double/double seal Application of C240 bitumen binder Surface preparation prior to sealing Supply, delivery, spreading and rolling of aggregate Traffic control during sealing operations All ancillary works necessary for completion The approximate seal area is 16,100 m². The contractor shall ensure sealing operations are undertaken under suitable weather and pavement conditions to achieve a uniform and durable seal finish.
