A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:00 a. m. on Tuesday, 19 May 2026 via MS Teams (Online). Please confirm your attendance at the pre-tender meeting by 04:00 p.m., Friday, 15 May 2026 by sending an email with attendee details to asad.hussain@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject line “Pre-Tender Meeting attendance confirmation 26.0000129129.0094.” Attendance at the meeting mandatory to submit a conforming Application.
