About this tender
Overview Transport for NSW is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced tenderers for the supply of services for the Retroreflectivity Data Collection 2026 project. This RFT outlines the requirements and conditions for the tender and includes the documents that will form the basis of the contract under which the successful tenderer will be engaged. About The existing retroreflectivity survey contract, originally established in 2017, has been extended multiple times and is due to expire in September 2026. Purpose A management-oriented approach is required to sustain current levels of service across the NSW road network. Timely and accurate retroreflectivity data is essential for asset management, planning, prioritisation and performance monitoring. Scope The scope includes: Establishment of a panel of service providers to deliver annual retroreflectivity surveys and associated data in accordance with TfNSW QA Specification M921 Collection of data between November and June each financial year Delivery of data in specified formats, as per RMS Specification M921, Measurement of Longitudinal Linemarking by Mobile Retroreflectometer Specific details of the services required are contained in the Professional Services Contract.
