Overview Coffs Harbour City Council (ABN 79 126 214 487), as the Principal, is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors interested in performing rehabilitation of sewer mains by in-situ relining within the Coffs Harbour Local Government Authority area. About Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. It is a regional coastal city of approximately 85,000 people, situated between the coastal slopes of the Great Dividing Range and 80 kilometres of beaches that form its boundaries. Scope The scope includes: Inspection of sewer mains specified for lining in the asset index and plans Cleaning of the sewer mains prior to relining Design of acceptable sewer liners for the specified mains Manufacture and supply of the sewer liners Delivery of the sewer liners to site Installation of the sewer liners Testing of the installed sewer liners Contractor Requirements Appropriately qualified and experienced in sewer main rehabilitation by in-situ relining Instructions to Tenderers RFT documents may be obtained after registration Completed RFT responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the editable MS Word document supplied in the RFT document package The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced RFT or any part of the RFT, and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal Late, verbal, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted Canvassing of Councillors and members of City staff other than the nominated contact by a tenderer may render their tender submission ineligible for evaluation Enquiries RFT enquiries should be directed to Mr Leonard Maharaj, Operations Engineer, Water and Wastewater Services, via the online forum prior to 10am AEST on Monday 10th August 2026.
