Safety Software System

Overview The City of Canterbury Bankstown is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced tenderers for the provision of a Safety Software System. Purpose Council is seeking a scalable, configurable and accessible safety software solution that supports the efficient management and reporting of safety-related information across the organisation. The solution must enable integration of data from core safety functions, provide role-based access across multiple devices, and empower Council administrators to manage the platform with minimal vendor dependency. The solution should also be capable of accommodating future growth, expanded functionality and evolving legislative, compliance and business improvement requirements. Scope The scope includes: Provision of software implementation services, including user acceptance testing (UAT), user training for up to 1,500 users, and ongoing support services A solution able to accommodate up to 1,600 users at multiple locations Provision of training to up-skill staff on how to use the platform, via webinar or in person Provision of training options, including Train the Trainer, Administration Training, and End User Training Provision of technical support Provision of migration options for existing data Customisation of the solution, including costs, configuration documentation, capability and flexibility Ability to customise the look and feel of the software to match Council branding Ability to set participation levels, whether available only for registered members or open to anonymous submissions Ability to provide comprehensive reporting Contractor Requirements Data must remain the ownership of Canterbury Bankstown City Council at all times, with security covering access to data and confidentiality of data The provider must be able to maintain back up of data and ensure security of data integrity If a cloud based solution is proposed, all data, related disaster recovery, security and back-ups must remain in Australia Provision of an Australian based support number, with support staff located in Sydney, or willing to attend Sydney at short notice, to offer timely service Eligibility Tenderers are not required to be members of the ICT Services Scheme (SCM0020) to be considered for this project.
