Overview Northern Beaches Council invites tenders for the provision of Community and Childcare Centre Landscape Maintenance services across the Northern Beaches Council Local Government Area. About Stretching from Palm Beach to Manly, the Northern Beaches boasts more than half of all the beaches in Sydney and a population of more than 266,000. The Council is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service to the local community. Northern Beaches Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance quality of life, promote sustainable development and protect the environment. Scope The scope includes: Turf maintenance at community and childcare centre sites throughout the Northern Beaches LGA Garden and landscape maintenance at these sites Hard surface maintenance at these sites Contract Terms and Conditions Contract term of 3 years, with two 1-year extension options at Council's sole discretion Sites are categorised into three zones aligned with Council's operational structure Tenderers may submit a tender for one, two, or all three zones Information Requested Tenders will be assessed against the following criteria and weightings: Demonstrated experience of the Tenderer (Schedules F3 and F5): 15% Demonstrated experience of Personnel and Subcontractors (Schedules F10 and F11): 10% Proposed Methodology, including QA (Schedules F7 and F14): 35% The Fee, including Schedule of Lump Sum Fee, Schedule of Rates and Materials, Schedule of Rise and Fall and Other Fees (Schedule of Fees): 40% Instructions to Tenderers Full tender documents are available for download at a cost of $75.00 (Inc.
