Overview The Department of Education (NSW) is seeking tenders for the renewal of a termed licence for Out of School Hours Care (OOSH) at Picnic Point Public School, under the Shared Use of Schools arrangement. The services include Before and After School Care (BASC), VC and SDD. From 1 July 2026, the OOSH tender application process has changed. Information on the key changes is available in the recent briefing referred to as "Briefing 30th April 2026". OOSH providers are recommended to watch the Out of School Hours Care - Industry Briefings, held on 19 June 2024 and 11 December 2024, for guidance on submitting a high quality OOSH tender application. Recordings of these briefings are referred to as "Briefing 19th June 2024" and "Briefing 11th December 2024". The RFT document pack also includes the "RFT Out of School Hours Care - Guide for Tendering," which provides additional information to assist in completing the tender response. No site visit is offered for this tender. Tenderers should refer to the detail of the premises to be used by the OOSH Services provided in the RFT documentation.
