Overview Shellharbour City Council invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit Quotations for the supply of coffee beans, coffee-related consumables, commercial coffee equipment and associated preventative and reactive maintenance services for The Links Shell Cove Golf Course and Tavern. Scope The scope includes: Supply of coffee beans and coffee-related consumables for The Links Shell Cove Golf Course and Tavern Supply of commercial coffee equipment Preventative and reactive maintenance services for the coffee equipment Technical support Barista training Contract Terms and Conditions Council intends to appoint a single supplier under a three (3) year Supply of Goods and Services Agreement to provide an integrated coffee solution, including equipment, servicing, technical support and barista training Instructions to Tenderers There is nil cost for electronic download of the RFQ documents. RFQs can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in PDF format or alternatively Microsoft WORD format. Alternatively, RFQs can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre. While discouraged, Council will accept RFQs submitted by facsimile to Council's Records and Document Management Department on 02 4221 6016, however, Council will not accept emailed quotation submissions. Ensure ALL files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box prior to the closing time and date. The ETB closes automatically at this time; file transfers still in progress at the exact closing time will not be accepted and you will not receive an automatic "successful submission" notice. Do not leave your submission to the last minute. As a guide, you should begin your file transfer at least 1 hour prior to closing time.
