About this tender
The objective of this procurement is to engage a Panel of accredited bus operator to undertake a bus and coach charter service for Sydney Catholic Schools to ensure that eligible students receive the required transport to attend their events. It is expected that schools will seek quotes and availability in the first instance to the Panel. The pricing in the returnable schedule will be the maximum that SCS will be required to pay and will be used as a guide due to number of pax, route, timing etc. SCS objective in procuring the Services is to ensure that eligible students are transported to and from school, and between schools. The provision of the Services will: be safe be reliable and reasonably comfortable get students to their destination, on time provide confidence to all stakeholders (government, caregivers, and schools) that is the Services are fit for purpose represent appropriate and sustainable value through both the quality and cost of the service and the way it is delivered be achieved through a fair, open, and transparent procurement process and managed through clear contract responsibilities
