Sydney Town Hall Show Communications

Overview The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the supply, commissioning, training and ongoing support of a new Show Communications System for Sydney Town Hall, in accordance with this Request for Tender. Purpose This project will replace the existing show communications system with a contemporary, integrated communications solution that meets both current operational requirements and future venue needs. Objectives The new system must provide increased capacity, enhanced functionality, greater flexibility, and improved overall performance compared with the existing installation. Scope The scope includes: Supply of a new Show Communications System for Sydney Town Hall Commissioning of the new Show Communications System Training on the new Show Communications System Ongoing support of the new Show Communications System Site Inspection A site visit will take place on Tuesday, 3 November at 10:00am.
