Overview City of Ryde Council is conducting an Expression of Interest (EOI) to understand the supplier market, capability, capacity, delivery models and commercial structures available to support the reimplementation of TechnologyOne OneCouncil as Council's core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) suite, using all OneCouncil modules and delivered under TechnologyOne's SaaS+ implementation model. About The City of Ryde has an area of 40.651 square kilometres and lies in the central northern part of the Sydney Metropolitan area, approximately 12kms from the centre of Sydney. The City occupies most of the divide between the Parramatta and Lane Cove rivers, and has 16 suburbs within its boundaries. Purpose The EOI is intended to help Council understand the supplier market, capability, capacity, delivery models and commercial structures available to support the reimplementation of TechnologyOne OneCouncil as Council's core ERP suite, using all OneCouncil modules, delivered under TechnologyOne's SaaS+ implementation model. Instructions to Tenderers A Respondent shall not directly, or indirectly, canvas support from an elected member, employee or Council at any time. Any Respondent involved in such activity may result in their EOI being rejected. Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a successful submission receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
