Overview The Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) is seeking a suitably qualified applicant to establish and deliver the National Coordination and Strategy Function for the National Pulse Expansion, Improvement and Adoption Program. Scope The scope includes: Working with the Regional Pulse RD&E to baseline adoption, understand barriers and drivers of adoption, and set strategic evidence-based adoption targets for key pulses in each agroecological zone Coordinating national meetings Supporting Regional pulse RD&E projects with reporting processes and plans Driving the two-way sharing of information and key learnings between the Regional pulse RD&E projects and other key GRDC investments in pulses Ensuring regional activities contribute to the nationally coordinated outcome of improving the profitability and adoption of pulse crops across Australian grain-growing regions Contract Terms and Conditions Offers will remain open for acceptance by the GRDC for a period of 6 months after the Closing Time Eligibility GRDC will not accept tenders from consortia Tender Briefing Date: 19 August 2026 Time: 1:00 pm Canberra local time Format: Virtual briefing (Microsoft Teams Meeting) Attendee numbers will not be restricted To register, provide your Name and Email Address to Tenders@grdc.com.au by 18 August 2026 Refer to Clause 10 of the RFT Terms and Conditions for details on how to register Instructions to Tenderers Submit your tender response electronically through the Grains Investment Portal.
