Overview Central Darling Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced people for appointment as independent members of Council's Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC). Three independent member vacancies are available. The Role The ARIC provides independent assurance and advice to Council on governance, risk management, internal control, compliance, financial management, internal audit and organisational improvement.
