About this tender

Overview The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (NSW) is seeking a training provider to deliver Leadership Workshops under the Fresh Start Program, aimed at building the leadership, communication and people management capability of NSW local government employees. Purpose The Leadership Program is a core workforce development initiative under the Fresh Start Program, designed to strengthen current and future leaders' skills, confidence and capability to effectively lead technical and operational teams. The workshops will focus on practical leadership skills tailored for council operational contexts, with emphasis on leadership styles, organisational skills, time management, communication and decision making. Scope The scope includes: End-to-end delivery of workshops across metropolitan, regional and rural NSW, in virtual and face-to-face format (if appropriate) Design and delivery of leadership workshop modules Provision of course materials, facilitation resources and supporting documentation Administration of participant engagement requirements Collection of program evaluation data Maintaining regular communication with councils Providing progress updates Further details are provided in the RFT documentation.
