Scope The scope includes: Change Room Upgrades (Home & Away) Demolition of internal freestanding wall to centre of rooms Installation of eight (8) female-friendly shower cubicles (4 in each change room), partitioned between existing shower heads Overhead braced, pedestal-mounted wall partitions Integrated bench/seat to each cubicle Removal and repositioning of plumbing services to corner configuration Installation of new hand basin and wall-mounted mirror Retiling and waterproofing of floors as required Repositioning of toilet door Installation of new besser block infill to existing frame cavity Painting of toilet wall following completion of wall work Installation of new steel door frame and door to toilet All required plumbing works to showers, floor wastes and basin areas Complete replacement of panel ceiling to affected areas and sealing Removal and disposal of all construction waste to the relevant approved waste facility Ceiling Repairs (General Amenities Areas) Repair and/or replacement of panel ceiling where required Waterproofing of affected ceiling areas Plumbing Fixture Replacement (Men's, Ladies', Change Rooms) Supply and installation of two (2) new toilet suites (1 each change room), including removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new pan and cistern, connection to existing water and sewer services, compliance set-out, and connection to services Supply and installation of seven (7) standard basin mixers, including removal of existing taps and connection to existing pipework Supply and installation of 11 shower sets, including removal of existing fittings, installation of new shower rail, hose and head, connection to hot and cold services, and testing and commissioning Supply and installation of two (2) toilet roll holders General Inclusions Supply of all listed fixtures Labour for installation Removal and disposal of existing fixtures Testing, commissioning and final clean-up
